The Casa-Mia was started 54 years ago by Jim and Florence Cheli. They sold it to their son,
Jim. I cooked for Jim for 19 years until I bought the restaurant six years ago. Jim taught me
to buy the best product possible. It's more expensive but well worth it. I think with me being
in the kitchen and the dining room, I've established a warm and comfortable atmosphere where
everyone is welcome. My staff and I have met some great people and made a lot of good friends.
I look forward to meeting a lot more. Come give us a try!! |
